We start off by doing an extensive company, or department-wide, comprehensive evaluation which involves your input into each area and us working together to fully uncover, and see, what’s going on in every single detail.
The evaluation includes a detailed questionnaire that is filled out by you, followed by a meeting at your office where the two of us will gather all of the vital information necessary to restructure.
Depending on the size and structure of your organization, the evaluation can take a day or up to a week.
Once complete, I then dig into the energy of the evaluation and look at every aspect to create a detailed plan for restructuring and all vital changes.
I deliver this complete restructuring package to you within one week of the evaluation with step-by-step plans outlining all necessary changes and how it’s all going to work together to create movement and profit in your business.
As we go over the portfolio together, I help you to understand each aspect, why it needs to be changed, what we are redesigning it to be, and how it’s all going to unfold together. I will give you a step-by-step plan to implement these changes in your company with an approximate time frame. Each evaluation is specifically designed exclusively for your company, its unique purpose and its greatest destiny.

Implementation

There’s always a vital reason why companies face setbacks, struggles, and a decreased, or stagnant, cash flow. For those reasons, I also offer an implementation phase for each of my company evaluations. In the implementation package, I work directly inside your company with each vital personnel, along with C level executives and management as necessary to implement all aspects that were created inside the business evaluation.
This implementation phase can include training, procedures, restructuring, personnel transitioning, service alterations, marketing, advertising re-creation, and system changes. The implementation fees and all that will be delivered is decided prior to work rendered and agreed-upon by both parties. Your role inside your company is vital to its success. Let my team facilitate and implement all changes so your company can keep running while the changes are happening. Each implementation phase is different and is specifically designed for your company based on the evaluation.
