Why All The Hustle?
There is so much hype around the notion that hustling is the answer to success. That you have to go, go, go and pull all nighters, working non-stop if you want to be successful.
It leaves you burnt-out and resentful towards your business.
It also leaves you feeling like you always have so much to do and stepping away from your work and enjoying yourself and your personal life becomes near impossible.
Hustling is not the answer to success.
Hustling removes the art of allowing and can push you toward doing way too much busy work and wasted time.
Taking calculated, productive action in your business is what’s going to get you the most success.
Taking time for yourself and your family is going to help energize you to keep pushing forward.
If you don’t enjoy the process, then what is even the point of creating a business?
Let’s start focusing on being well rounded, taking care of all of our needs, and enjoying every single day as we build and run businesses that truly hold deep meaning for us.
“For far too long we have been operating under a collective delusion that burning out is the necessary price for achieving success. This couldn’t be less true. All the latest science is conclusive that, in fact, not only is there no trade-off between living a well-rounded life and high performance, but performance is actually improved when we prioritize our health and well-being. It’s time to move from knowing what to do to actually doing it.”
